➤Secondly, after receiving your request list, our sales representative will send the Price Quotation Sheet for your checking and approval. 

➤Thirdly, once the Price Quotation Sheet is approved by your side, the Pro Forma Invoice with all transaction details included will be sent for your confirmation and deposit. 

➤Finally, production arrangement will be made immediately upon receiving your deposit.

➤ For small quantity orders, we accept the payment through WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, PAYPAL, VISA CARD, or T/T (TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER).

➤ For full container orders, we suggest the payment term as T/T (TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER), or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

We can arrange sea, air and express courier transportation for different countries and regions all over the world.

We can deliver the goods to the container yard of the nearest seaport in your country, to the nearest airport in your city, or to your door directly.

Here below is our answer for your concerns and questions:

1)    Certificates:

To import from other countries, firstly you must have the certificates of right to import and export from your government.

3)     Payment:

After confirming the order, we will send you a Pro Forma Invoice with all the transaction details and our bank account information. You can go to your local bank and transfer us the 30% deposit (down payment) by Telegraphic Transfer according to the bank account information shown on the Pro Forma Invoice.

4)    Delivery:

The lead time is usually about 30-35 days. About 7-10 days before the loading date, we will book the shipment for you. At the same time, you need also go to your bank and transfer the 70% balance payment to our account. Then we will load the container and ship it to your destination port. Of course, you can make all the transfer on Internet if you have Online banking system.

5)    Transportation:

We can arrange the transportation for you by our forwarder and you can also use your own forwarder to ship the order. If you need us to arrange the transportation by our forwarder, please kindly check the third article on this FAQ page: 3. Can you arrange the transportation for us? If you use your own forwarder, please just send their contact information and we will help arrange the shipment.

6)    Import Procedures:

When the container is delivered, we will send you the contact information of the local agent, you can contact your local agent to pick up the goods.

What you need to clear the customs will be: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin, all these documents will be promptly sent to you by FurniTopper.

For trial order, we can offer small quantity samples of your designs or our standard model. Sample is double charged as retail price and we will refund the extra charges in your future formal order. Regarding the freight, if you have FedEx or DHL account or other collectable courier account, please let us know so we can arrange the local agent to collect and ship the samples by your account no. If you don’t have a courier account, we can also arrange the shipment by our courier and you need to prepay the sample charges and the freight by T/T, WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, or PAYPAL.

Usually we don’t have stock for immediate shipment unless you can accept the specifications of stock that was left over from last order. Yes, for sure. Company logo can be printed on our products by sticking or engraving. Just need you to send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.

If you want your company logo or name to be printed on the package of the products, you can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

➤ For small quantity sample order, the items will usually be sent to you by express or air.

➤ For small order with total weight from 20kgs to 500kgs, the goods will be sent to you by air to your nearest airport. Otherwise the goods will be sent to you by sea through LCL (Less than Container Load).

➤ For large quantity formal orders, the goods will be sent to you by full ocean container, such as 20 feet container (20GP), 40 feet container (40GP) or 40 feet high cubic container (40HQ).

The shipping method depends on client’s choice. The freight charge depends on package quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport or sea port).

If you can sell our products worth USD50,000 to USD100,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area;

If you can sell our products worth USD100,000-USD200,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in your city or area;

If you can sell our products worth USD200,000-USD500,000 per month, you could be our exclusive distributor in your country or region.

Except as otherwise noted, our products are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship for a fixed period of time as five (5) years from date of delivery.

All of our products are tested before shipment and shipped in good condition. Any damages or shortages evident when the product is received must be immediately reported to the commercial carrier who transported the products.

Always refer to our invoice number, model number when contacting us. If required, we will replace the defected product for customers. Freight and customs duties will be prepaid by us, at no charge to the buyer.

The following items are excluded from this warranty:

➤ Defects due to improper use by the buyer or inadequate maintenance by the buyer.

➤ Physical damage resulting from an accident, misuse or abnormal condition of operation.

➤ We do not share any information about our customers with others, with the exception of information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation.)

➤ We do not send SPAM email, but we do send email to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.

➤ To prevent the surface from damaging and rusting, do avoid knocking during transit.
➤ Please handle with care and maintain horizontal, and keep a certain distance with the wall.
➤ To prevent damp and alkalization, the floor where place the products must keep dry.
➤To prevent the cabinet from eroding, please avoid direct contact with acid and alkali liquid.
➤ Keep the surface of the cabinet clean. Once the surface stained, wipe with detergent and then with dry cloth.
➤Avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
➤ To avoid the lock body damaged, please unlock the cabinet in a correct way
➤ Switch doors and drawers lightly and avoid heavy crash.
➤Don’t hit the cabinet with hard objects, and don’t scratch the cabinet surface with sharp objects.
